MyCarePulse is a digital health management platform designed to help users:

• Record personal health information.
• Monitor blood pressure, blood glucose, weight, medications, and healthcare appointments.
• Generate health reports.
• Receive AI-assisted educational insights.
• Track health trends over time.

MyCarePulse is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
• Users under 18 may only use MyCarePulse with permission and supervision from a parent or legal guardian.
• By using MyCarePulse, you confirm that all information provided is accurate.

MyCarePulse is not:

• A hospital
• A clinic
• A doctor
• A licensed healthcare provider
• A medical device
• An emergency response service

The information provided by MyCarePulse, including charts, trends, reminders, reports, and AI-generated content, is intended solely for informational and educational purposes. Nothing within MyCarePulse should be interpreted as medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before making medical decisions.

If you experience a medical emergency, immediately contact your local emergency services or visit the nearest hospital.

MyCarePulse may provide AI-generated health summaries, educational information, lifestyle suggestions, and general wellness insights.

AI responses may contain inaccuracies, may not reflect your complete medical history, and should not replace professional medical advice. Users remain solely responsible for decisions based on AI-generated content. NusaNova Technologies shall not be liable for decisions made solely on AI recommendations.

You agree to:

• Provide truthful information.
• Maintain the confidentiality of your password.
• Keep your account secure.
• Use MyCarePulse lawfully.
• Ensure that any health data entered is your own or that you have authority to manage it.

You agree not to:

• Upload malicious software.
• Attempt unauthorized access to the Services.
• Reverse engineer or copy the application.
• Use MyCarePulse for unlawful activities.
• Share another person's personal health information without proper authorization.

You retain ownership of the health data you submit. By using MyCarePulse, you grant NusaNova Technologies a limited licence to process your data solely for the purpose of providing the Services. We do not claim ownership of your health records.

We collect only the information necessary to operate MyCarePulse, synchronize your data, generate reports, improve application performance, provide customer support, and deliver AI-generated insights.

We do not sell personal health information to advertisers or third parties. Your information is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect your data. However, no internet-based system can guarantee absolute security. Users acknowledge that electronic storage and transmission carry inherent risks.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, abuse the Services, attempt unauthorized access, or harm other users or the integrity of MyCarePulse.

All rights relating to MyCarePulse, NusaNova Technologies, logos, software, user interface, source code, graphics, AI models, documentation, reports, and branding remain the exclusive property of NusaNova Technologies unless otherwise stated.

Users may not copy, sell, redistribute, modify, decompile, or commercially exploit any part of MyCarePulse without written permission.

• MyCarePulse offers a free tier with core tracking features. For unlimited access to all features, users must subscribe to the MyCarePulse Standard plan.
• Subscriptions are managed through the relevant app store or payment provider.
• Subscription fees are displayed before purchase.
• Users may cancel subscriptions at any time through the platform used for purchase.
• Refunds are subject to the policies of Apple, Google, or the applicable payment provider, and to any rights provided under applicable law.

Users may export their personal health records using available export features. Users are responsible for safeguarding exported files. NusaNova Technologies is not responsible for unauthorized access to exported documents after download.

Users may request deletion of their MyCarePulse account at any time. Upon deletion:

• Personal profile information will be removed.
• Health records will be deleted, subject to any legal retention obligations.
• Recovery of deleted information may not be possible.

Certain backup copies may be retained temporarily for security, disaster recovery, or legal compliance before being permanently deleted.

We strive to keep MyCarePulse available and reliable. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. Maintenance, updates, technical issues, or events beyond our reasonable control may temporarily affect availability.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, NusaNova Technologies shall not be liable for:

• Medical outcomes.
• Health complications.
• Incorrect user-entered data.
• Loss of profits.
• Indirect or consequential damages.
• Data loss caused by user actions, device failures, or third-party services.

Our total liability relating to the Services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the MyCarePulse Standard plan during the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim, except where applicable law does not permit such a limitation. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

MyCarePulse may integrate with third-party services such as Apple Health, Google Fit, payment providers, cloud services, and analytics providers. These services operate under their own terms and privacy policies. NusaNova Technologies is not responsible for third-party services or their availability.

We may add features, modify functionality, improve the AI system, remove outdated features, update pricing, or change subscription plans. We will provide reasonable notice where required by law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
